Artist Jina Wallwork looked through the artwork in the Smithsonian American Art Museum and became fascinated by a piece of work by Da Loria Norman. The piece titled Shipwreck was created in 1920. Jina explores this artwork through observation. Then she examines it through a process of creative study where she creates another piece of artwork inspired by Shipwreck.
